Our CSR approach
Since its creation and throughout its development, the SFP Group has been deploying a gradual and evolving approach to social responsibility, in coordination with the stakeholders that make up its ecosystem, and with a constant concern for environmental protection.
The group ensures that it adopts a coherent and multidimensional CSR approach, integrated both in its projects and in its operational approach.
With this objective in mind, in 2016, when Mrs. Karen TALON and Mr. Lionel TALON took over the shareholding, the Group specified its CSR ambition, affirming its desire to amplify the social responsibility approach. This has resulted in the definition of principles of action around 3 areas of intervention and 7 priority areas of action:

The personnel development fund
The Personnel Development Fund of the SFP companies supports the employees of the group’s subsidiaries in the accomplishment of personal development projects and access to social and cultural activities aimed at their fulfilment and the improvement of their well-being.
